Shipping
Methods:
When Ordering Online we offer a safe and secure shopping experience. We
do not store any credit card information on our servers. Once your
order has been placed with us the products will be shipped
directly from our warehouse.
Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment has
been received and verified unless it is a weekend and or a major
holiday. We will not ship to any PO box or AFO/FPO addresses and
we reserve the right to adjust shipping times without any prior
notice. Once the order has been shipped please allow 5-7 days to
receive your order. Please note that due to an increase in credit
card fraud, we reserve the right to ship only to the billing
address.
Your packages will be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or the best way.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing
your order. If you enter the wrong address, it will be your
responsibility to contact us within 24 hours. If the shipment is
delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake we will not be
held responsible. If your package is returned to us and or you
refuse the shipment you will be responsible for the reshipping
costs and a restocking fee.
Sorry, we do not accept orders outside the United States.
Back Orders:
We do our best to avoid backorders. If a backorder does occur,
our Customer Service department will contact you and advise you of
expected delivery date.
Returns & Guarantees:
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, all sales will
be final.
Shipping Damages:
If you encounter any damages you must submit the claims
directly to the shipping Carrier, UPS (United Parcel Service) and
or (United States Postal Services) and us. Any damage claims must
be made within 24 hours of receipt of package to the shipping
Carrier. Suncoast Technologies will not be held liable for any
damages that occur in transit.
